Flake ice machine
SamBo refrigeration can offer you the home used, commercial,industrial flake ice machine.Not only fresh water flake ice machine,also we can provide the sea water flake ice machine for vessel,fishing trawlers,marine navigation.
a. Evaporator's inner wall is made of 16MnR alloy steel; The outer shell is made of SS 316.The production process is done by Vertical lathe;Both inside and outside have been done Heat treatment; Weldless formed ice scraper, which is made of SS 316 round bar by turning;
b.More high-efficiency and saving energy.Our evaporator evaporation area is up to 0.32㎡/Ton,the making ice area is up to 1755㎡/Ton,While be equipped with the same capacity compressor,our flake ice machine can produce more ice.
c. The flake ice is directly formed at low temperatures, flake ice temperatures is up to minus 8°C. It is clean and dry,artistic shape,powderless and not likely to lump, the sanitary have passed the international HACCP and FDA approval standards.
d.Large touch area,no acute edges or corner,make sure frozen or cooling well and no damage.
e.Modules designed.Simple installation, operation and maintenance;Easy to move.
f.Schneider electrical control system, LG brand PLC control system,ALCO or Danfoss brand expansive valve.
g.Great adaptability and stable quality.Sambo equipments can ensure good running and normal ice output at the ambient temperature from 5~40℃. With our special-designed type, it can normally works in the most unfavorable working condition(-30~60℃).Sambo can also offer the containerized flake ice plant to avoid the affects from outside.
Sambo flake ice machine advantages
1. There are two options available
A: Freon (R507, R404A, R22) refrigerant is used in small or medium capacity flake ice machines
B: Ammonia (R717), is mostly used in large capacity flake ice system
2. Safety and sanitation
Sambo aims at manufacturing ice machines meet with sanitary standards. We use stainless steel,pure aluminium alloy, and special treatment to prevent corrosion and make sure the ice flakes are clean and safe to use in all industries, like fishing industry,concrecte cooling, and bakery cooling.
Anti-corrsion also extend the machine's service time.

With our special design, like speeding up the reducer rotary rate, and lower the evaporating temperature, the ice machine's production can improve approximate 10%. Model and specifications can be subject to change without further notice.
Electrical require: working with stable power supply. Unstable power supply should be treated with constant voltage regulator.
Standard condition: Water inlet temperature 20°C, ambient temperature 35°C.
Application condition: Water temperature 0-35°C, ambient temperature 5-40°C
Ice thickness: 1.5-2.2mm, which is adjustable
Refrigerant: R717, R22, R404A, R507A
